Darwin Cycle Paths in Northern Territory Australia
    • Darwin is the capital city of Northern Territory Australia.
    • Darwin boasts an extensive network of excellent cycling tracks that can take you right along coastal fringe of the city and suburbs, and to parks, reserves and other pleasant recreation facilities throughout the municipality. The Darwin City Council and Palmerston City Council have produced a comprehensive and colourful map, titled Making Tracks , which will fit snuggly into any bag or backpack. It shows all cycle paths and highlights special places around both cities. A cycleway is that part of the road marked by a white line next to the kerb, creating a cycleway for cyclists. The speed limit when cycling on cycleways is 40 kilometres per hour. Courtesy of Darwin City Council - https://www.darwin.nt.gov.au/

There is a bit of a hill on the way from Darwin city centre just before twhere the museum is situated.

The ride here takes about an hour plus.
