Tip: Charlie the barber's dad builds very premium spacious apartments - next new building definatley worth looking at.

The Esplanade and Darwin CBD is currently under going a boom in the construction luxury aprtments and units.

With Mining, tourism and exploration ever growing rent is at a premium and diffiently sought after by interstate investors. An example is I sold one of my houses a couple of years ago and with 24 hours it was snapped up by an investors from elsewhere at the asking price.

With homes built to cyclone code we found that investors feel that the quality of construction is at high professional levels and worth the investment.
